Mining projects

The mining project: "Pedra Preta" is a structure with an N-S orientation at N10o, and it has been possible to follow on the surface for 2 km in length and an average width of 10 meters, existing very brecciated sectors with Mn mineralization with a minimum grade of 42%, with regular geochemical averages of 45% Mn, with widths of up to 25 meters, have been emplaced in Sedimentary rocks of the Lower Cretaceous Ki (Goyllarisquizga Group) Formations: Chimú, Santa, Carhuaz, Farrat and Inca (Consisting of Sandstones, shale and limestone).

 

LOCATION

The mining project is located in the town of Namora, province of San Marcos, Department of Cajamarca. At a distance of 980 km from Lima and a distance of 300 km from Puerto Salaverry. The accesses are very good and paved and the air service with 3 agencies and schedules in the morning and afternoon.Likewise, the city of Cajamarca has all the commercial infrastructure to achieve fast and close supply.

 

GEOLOGY

The mining project is located in the context of Sedimentary Rocks that correspond to the Sandstone and Quartzite Zone of the Chimú and Farrat Formation, which are folded with anticlinal and syncline axes from W-E to N80o-90o and the zone of study is found folded as an Anticline on both banks of the Namora River in the eastern sector with a dip of 75o to 80o westward. The predominant main structures are N-S and variants N340o and N10o, as well as secondary structures N30o. In the area, this structural contrast has favored the emplacement of Mn-W mineralized fluids.

DIAMOND DRILLING AND MEASURED RESOURCES

The year 2020 will5 diamond drill holes were drilled, which managed to cross the mineralized body with manganese, it has only been analyzed for Mn at the G&S Lab in Trujillo. There were 2 objectives: 1) Cross a secondary structure heading N30o, which is directed towards the main body (DDH-PP-01) and 2) Intercept the main structure heading N-S with drillings N270o (DDH-PP-02 to DDH-PP -05).

 

 

 

 

 



Thermal coal exploitation
AREA OKQ- 14531 FOR THE EXPLORATION AND EXPLOITATION OF TYPE A AND B THERMAL COAL IN THE DEPARTMENT OF CORDOBA- MUNICIPALITY OF MONTE LÍBANO –COLOMBIA.

MINING TITLE No OKQ-14351, consists of 5,797 hectares, distributed in polygons of 100 to 140 hectares each, developing the expansion to MEDIUM MINING that allows to exploit up to 860,000 tons per year initially, based on the studies and discoveries of mantles, which They can be initially assured with the preliminary studies available, with a minimum reserve of 10 million tons per polygon, of type A and B thermal coal.
