URBAN SYSTEM

It is an updated system of global community development designed to cover different social and economic levels of population, and integrate them into a coherent urban community criteria in accordance with the new paradigms of integral habitat in the world. The SUCRES system unites human and environmental ecology and integrates them with social development systems and state-of-the-art technology in construction, urban and housing systems. It takes up the concept of harmonious natural life and determines the Life Unit (housing and its services) as a unified development cell and redefines the Habitable Forest as a system for the expansion of life.
The concept of Forest or Park for Life is the foundation of the new developments, where each building is a tree or green space fully integrated to the environment, without borders, with transparency, freedom and security to live, forming a community with the possibility of being self-sufficient, sustainable and productive.

The G-URBS system incorporates all the buildings indicated in the urban determinants, integrating in each Life Unit the required pieces and constructive parts.

It incorporates the natural element (flora, wildlife), as a fundamental and unified part within the complexes and as a principle of respect for the environment where it is projected.

The system allows the reuse, recycling and redistribution of all the elements so far considered as waste.

The system manages the concept of global community integrating all social levels in each Forest or Park through the concept of the Macro-plot.

Technology is present within the constructive, urban, housing and environmental systems for the optimal management of water and energy.

It does not modify topography and optimal use is achieved in irregular or sloping terrain, thanks to the organic design of the roads and the aerial system of the buildings.
